What is Femdom Hypnosis?

Chances are, if you’ve found my content it’s because you like one of two things, and maybe both. Femdom (female domination), or hypnosis.

Let’s start with hypnosis. This is something perhaps you’ve developed a fetish for, one that developed years ago, or it’s a kink you think will help to expand your sexual horizons. It can be many things, really, and with me you can explore much of that. In fact, you can try out non-dominant content and experience just hypnosis for relaxation, or for kink, without the dominance.

What really makes me excited to create though, is adding female domination into the mix. There is a logical link between hypnotizing someone and dominating them, but it is not necessary. Let me be clear, these kinks are not mutually inclusive, you can enjoy hypnosis without ever dominating or being dominated. You can simply fetishize the feeling of being in trance or enjoy what it can do for your imagination or play.

When we add a dominant/submissive (D/S) element it adds another layer to the experience.

Femdom Hypnosis

So how does female domination (or any domination really) change erotic hypnosis as a fetish?

For me, the most important consideration is the dynamic between creator, or hypnotist, and listener, or subject.

Often the word ‘sub’ is used interchangeably between subject and submissive. In the D/S context there is a dom and sub. In hypnosis there is ’tist and sub. It can be a little confusing, and often leads to misconceptions about the roles.

So let me be clear. When I speak about a sub in hypnosis, I mean a subject. The subject of the hypnosis, the listener. Until we add a D/S element. There is nothing submissive inherent to being hypnotized.

When we do add a D/S element you are still the subject as listener, but now you will probably identify as, or feel submissive, or just enjoy sexual submission. A great amount of research into human sexuality will tell you that it’s perfectly normal to enjoy being dominant, being submissive, or switching between those roles, so even if you largely feel dominant, you can still enjoy femdom hypnosis now and then. It’s a nice break from the pressures of dominance in everyday life, or common bedroom dynamics.

The pleasure of femdom hypno is in how naturally the two elements play together in a scene. Imagine for a moment you’re in a sexually charged situation with a partner. She’s taking control, and you are being a brat, you’re resisting, wanting to retain that sense of self-importance, of ego.

Adding hypnosis gives the sub a chance to let go of that, to truly embrace their role free of shame or guilt. Instead of worrying that perhaps they should act as the dominant (particularly for men), they can escape into the fantasy by letting their mind become more open to the dominance of their partner.

When you listen to erotic hypno content with a femdom theme, it’s much the same. You will find you can let go and relax into that submissive role. Or you can embrace that bratty vibe and try resistance play, which gives you the chance to fight against being taken under someone’s control, only to eventually give in. It’s rather fun for both sides.

The most clearly enticing element though, of using hypnosis in your femdom, or other BDSM scene, is that you can explore it without some of the physical elements usually expected. You can be hypnotized to experience bondage, without needing to be cuffed. Same for being gagged. It’s a gentle way to experience the extremes of sexuality.

If you do go in for some of the more hardcore parts of the kink, hypnosis can also help ease into them. It’s a way to develop your capacity to enjoy pain play, or to make you feel more natural about being on your knees.

Hypnosis, you see, is an open road. It’s a set of skills that can be used to explore diverse areas. Femdom is just one, but it’s such a wonderful fit. I, personally, love what it allows. Not just the D/S play above, but fantasies that go into roleplay too. Being a supervillain or your boss are just some of the things I can use hypnosis with to add to the fantasy, to make it truly come alive.

All of this you can do in your bedroom or your living room, while listening to me or with your partner. It requires less equipment than tying someone up, and hypnosis is so beautifully intimate, that it can enhance connections before engaging in some power exchange.

Safety with Femdom Hypnosis

Not all hypnotists are the same. Not everyone’s motivation or style matches. So be aware, and be safe.

When you listen to my femdom hypnosis, you’re taking part in a scene. I have no expectation of you to become my slave for all eternity, I want you to enjoy the moment, the experience, and afterward we resume being equals. That’s whether you feel submissive or not in real life.

For others, hypnosis is a way to reinforce something more permanent, to push you deeper into your role, and certainly that’s something I enjoy playing with as a theme, but more as a supporter, as someone who wants people to embrace those feelings with their lovers. That’s why I created the Femdom Obsession series, for example.

While you may find mentions of addiction or obsession with my content, I truly believe that is fantasy play – in the same way I am not a vampire, though I pretend to be, I don’t truly expect you to get addicted… I want you to get off on the idea of that happening. Because it’s fun. Because it’s naughty and dangerous and sexy. Hypnosis allows us to feel danger, when we’re extremely safe, comfortable, and relaxed. It’s such an amazing tool, if you use it well.

If you engage with femdom hypnosis, and you feel the creator, the hypnotist, whoever you’re engaging with for it, isn’t respecting your boundaries, or isn’t up front about this stuff, disengage and consider if that relationship is for you.

If you love femdom hypnosis, you’ll love what I make, and you’ll find even more creators like me at The Hypno Collective too.
